At the Next Level Team Store, our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your items. Please read carefully our Returns & Exchanges policy below.
Returns are offered within 10 days of having received the product. The 10-day period begins on the day the product is delivered to you. Once initiated a return, you have 7 days to ship it or you’ll lose your instant refund. After the 10-day period, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
Important: Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free of stains and odors, and that have their original tags attached are eligible for return.
EXCEPTIONS: All personalized items with names or numbers are non-returnable because we cannot resell them. Last Call Items are final sale and are non-returnable.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with your order # and the items you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label.
Return shipping charges: You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the reason for the return is due to mis-packaged. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to retrieve the item, and deduct the prepaid amount during the refund process.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire. This will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back. You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above. If you have questions about availability or a timeframe when certain styles or sizes will be restocked, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note all sales items are final and cannot be return for a refund or exchange.
